You can return item to us as long as the item is still in saleable condition and complete with all tags and labels attached. Also, you have present a document that proves you bought an item from a particular store. You can't return used items*. Please, pay attention that items from categories "Cosmetics" and "Swimming Suits" are not processed for returns or exchanges

Offline purchase

  • If you purchased the item in-store, you may return item at the same store you bought it from within 14 days of purchase.
  • Passport and the original receipt will be required for returns. If the purchase was made with the card and a return is made, we will return the monies to the card that was used. Which is why you have to bring to the store a banking card as well.
  • We will provide a refund as soon as we get approval of your refund. Most refunds will be issued in less than 21 days. If some transactions issues arise, we contact you to specify payment details. Please pay attention, that depending on the bank's processing time, it can take up to 30 business days to receive a refund.

RETURN ONLINE PURCHSE BY COURIER SERVICE

  • Within 7 calendar days** of receiving your order, sign into your account and choose an item for return.
  • Our manager from Customer friendship department contact you and specify the convenient date of return. You can contact Customer friendship department by yourself.
  • Enclose the return form with merchandise. Print out waybill which we will send separately. Pack all returns into package and shipping box. Attach shipping label*** on the box with the date, signature and the full name of the person.
  • Return an item to a courier. You are eligible for returns by a courier within 14 days of purchase provided that you filled out return form in your account at our website. Refunds are processed and posted to your account during business days from 10:00am to 6:00pm. .
  • Courier service will deliver returns to the warehouses within 1-5 business days if the shipment is domestic or 8-13 days if shipment is international. After we receive returned items we process your return request within 1-2 business days and transfer refunds within 1-2 business days. Depending on your bank refund transfer may take up to 30 business days.
  • Refund methods
